Quality Standards

  • Original work not published or pending elsewhere
  • Minimum 800 words; analysis pieces 1,200–2,500 words preferred
  • All citations in proper legal format (SCC, AIR, etc.)
  • Clear argument structure: issue, rule, analysis, conclusion
  • Accessible language — avoid excessive jargon without explanation
  • No unsubstantiated personal attacks on judges or advocates
  • Factual claims supported by primary sources
  • Author biography of 60–100 words with professional affiliation
How to Submit

Register on Nyay Vidhan and visit your contributor dashboard. First-time contributors must submit a brief profile.

Prepare Your Submission
Write your piece as a Google Doc or Word document. Include your author bio and any images (high-resolution, rights-cleared).

Submit Via Dashboard
Use the 'Submit Article' form in your dashboard to upload your draft, category, tags and a brief editor's note.

Editorial Review
Our team reviews submissions within 5–7 working days. We may request revisions or additional sourcing.

Accepted pieces are scheduled for publication with your byline. You'll receive email confirmation of your publish date.
