Surya Pratap Singh Rajawat is a practicing lawyer with extensive experience in constitutional, governmental, civil and public-interest legal matters. He completed his five-year integrated law course in 2005 from ILS Law College, University of Pune, Maharashtra, along with diplomas in Cyber Laws, Consumer Protection and Medical Jurisprudence and LLM in Constitution and Administrative Laws. He commenced his legal practice in the Sessions Court, Jaipur, and subsequently practiced before the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench. He is presently serving as an Assistant Government Counsel, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, representing and rendering legal assistance to the Government of Rajasthan.
