HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY K. AGRAWAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN

Order

28/10/2026

1. By order dated 28.09.2026, the contempt court has held that no contempt is made out and proceeded to dismiss the contempt petition.

2. In our considered view, no appeal is maintainable under Section 19 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, as the contempt Court has neither found guilty of the contemnor nor recorded the finding of guilt against the respondent.

3. As such the appeal is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.

4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
