Brief Facts
The petitioner's counsel submitted that the model answer key for the written examination was published on 31.12.2025 and the petitioner filed written objections on 05.01.2026 (para 1). He said the respondents, without considering those objections, published the final answer key and went ahead with interviews, which he called arbitrary and illegal (para 1).
