1. Leave granted.
2. Appellant was convicted by the Trial Court under Sections 120B, 396, 201 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, ‘IPC’) and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment.
3. Appeal filed by the appellant before the High Court was rejected vide the impugned judgment and order.
4. Aggrieved thereby, the present Special Leave Petition has been filed.

6. We find that in case of co-convict Gobinda Saha, we had passed an order dated 28.07.2026 in Criminal Appeal No.4809 of 2025 suspending the sentence and enlarging him on bail considering the fact that he had undergone incarceration for more than 19 years.
7. In so far the two appellants are concerned, i.e., Debasish @ Bapi Biswas and Tapash Karmakar @ Tapu, they have also completed more than 19 years of incarceration.
8. Having regard to the above, we direct that pending consideration of the present Criminal Appeal the aforementioned appellants shall be enlarged on bail on usual terms and conditions.
