Punjab & Haryana High Court Holds Husband's Offer to Bear Travel Expenses Can't Automatically Defeat Wife's Transfer Plea

The Punjab & Haryana High Court has held that a husband's offer to bear his wife's travel expenses for court hearings is not an inflexible rule that automatically defeats her plea to transfer divorce proceedings closer to her residence, and ordered the case transferred to the Family Court at Sonepat.
